Dr. Kmitra Lovely is a U.S. Army Veteran and healthcare administration leader with more than 26 years of federal service and more than 16 years of healthcare operations leadership. Her experience spans healthcare and business operations, patient access, revenue cycle, health information management, workforce leadership, performance improvement, and organizational change.
Throughout her career, she has led complex hospital and ambulatory operations, large multidisciplinary teams, and multimillion-dollar healthcare operations. Her experience also includes enterprise healthcare transformation and national electronic health record modernization, bringing together operational leadership, digital health implementation, and large-scale organizational change.
