Dr. Kmitra Lovely, healthcare administration leader and founder of Ascend Healthcare Advisory

Ascend Healthcare Advisory was founded by Dr. Kmitra Lovely, a U.S. Army Veteran and healthcare administration leader with more than 26 years of federal government service, including over 15 years in healthcare operations supporting complex healthcare systems.

She has led initiatives focused on operational efficiency, administrative leadership, and performance improvement within large healthcare environments. Her experience includes supporting organizational operations, improving administrative systems, and advancing healthcare performance across diverse settings.
